This house is located in the southern part of the village of Les Mazes. It is built in a traditional southern french style. You have a wonderful panoramic view of the Pic Saint Loup.

The house (180 sqm) has several floors with garden views, large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room), two bedrooms connected with a bathroom with toilet and access to a shady terrace. On the second floor there is another bedroom with shower room, WC and sun terrace. A fourth bedroom with double bed, single bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace is located in a separate floor.

Two more bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor with direct access to the palm garden with Judas trees, cherry trees, ash trees and bamboo. The pool is ideal for children, because it has a shallow part. On the property you can play table tennis, there are deck chairs and sun umbrellas, a barbecue grill and parking places (3-4 cars). You can also spend relaxing evenings on our shady Petanque ground.
